What South Jordan asks for.
South Jordan is newer than most of the valley, and Daybreak is newer still, which means a lot of the garage slabs here are only a few years old and still clean. That is the best time to coat one. A young slab has no oil in it and no salt damage, so the grind is light, the coating keys straight into sound concrete, and the floor never gets the chance to stain in the first place.
Basements and bathrooms
Interior slabs where the coating has to be easy to clean and cope with standing water. Anti slip additive on request.
Patios and front porches
The first thing anyone walks on. Cracks get filled, the step edge gets wrapped, and the whole thing washes clean.
The other side of a new subdivision is the basement: a lot of these houses have a finished basement over a slab that was poured a few years ago, and a sealed coated floor down there is easier to keep dry and clean than carpet over concrete. Garages and basements are most of the work here, with the occasional patio and drive.
