Herriman is one of the newest parts of the valley, and most of its garages were poured in the last fifteen years. A young slab is the best slab to coat: the concrete is sound, there is nothing soaked into it yet, and a coating now means it never dusts, stains or pits in the first place. It is a far easier job than rescuing a floor thirty years later.

The first thing anyone walks on. Cracks get filled, the step edge gets wrapped, and the whole thing washes clean.
Basements and bathrooms
Interior slabs where the coating has to be easy to clean and cope with standing water. Anti slip additive on request.
The lots out here are bigger and the concrete goes with them: wide drives, patios, and three car garages that a lot of owners use as a workshop. Garages in flake or metallic, patios and drives under the outdoor topcoat, and the occasional finished basement over a new slab.
