Garage floors
Full flake for a floor that gets parked on and hosed off, or metallic when the garage is somewhere you actually spend time.

Where we work
Garages, carports, patios, basements and commercial slabs in Draper, about 25 minutes from the Salt Lake valley. Diamond ground, flaked by hand, sealed with polyaspartic, and the estimate is free.
Estimates are free, and done in person on your slab.
Draper sits at the south end of the valley, up against the Point of the Mountain, and the houses here from the last twenty-five years tend to be large, with three and four car garages, big patios and a lot of concrete around them. A garage that size is a serious floor, and it is usually the one room in the house that never got finished.

The first thing anyone walks on. Cracks get filled, the step edge gets wrapped, and the whole thing washes clean.

Outdoor concrete takes sun, salt and tyre heat. Flake gives it grip when it is wet and the topcoat keeps it from chalking.
Full flake is the usual answer for the garages and metallic for the ones that are really a workshop or a gym. Patios and pool decks are the other half of the work here, outdoor slabs that take the sun all summer and want the UV stable topcoat and a flake for grip. The wind off the point is hard on everything outdoors, and a sealed slab is easier to keep looking right.

The space, roughly how big it is and what the concrete is doing now is enough to start with. Someone comes out, stands on the slab and gives you a number.
