West Jordan grew fast from the nineties on, so most of the garages here are two and three car slabs from the last thirty years, poured to a reasonable standard and now old enough to be showing tyre marks, oil stains and the first pitting from the salt. Those are the easiest slabs there are to coat well: sound concrete under a tired surface, ground back and sealed.
Carports and driveways
Outdoor concrete takes sun, salt and tyre heat. Flake gives it grip when it is wet and the topcoat keeps it from chalking.
Basements and bathrooms
Interior slabs where the coating has to be easy to clean and cope with standing water. Anti slip additive on request.
The older streets near the Jordan River have the earlier stock and the porches and drives to go with it. Full flake is what most garages here get, because the floor is parked on every day and hosed off every spring, and the polyaspartic topcoat is what lets it take the hot tyres in August and the slush in January without lifting or yellowing.
