What the site keeps, and who sees it.
What this website collects, why, and who else handles it. It is a short list, because the site asks for very little.
Estimates are free, and done in person on your slab.
What the estimate form collects
The estimate form asks for your name and phone number, and, if you want to add them, what you want coated, your town, roughly how big the space is and any notes. That is everything it asks for.
When you send it, the site also records which page it came from, the time, your IP address and your browser’s user-agent string. Those are kept with the request and used to stop floods of automated submissions.
What happens to it
Your request is stored in a database run by Cloudflare, which hosts this site, and appears in a private panel that only Ghost Ridge Company LLC can open. The owner gets a text with your name, your number and what you want coated, and you get one text back confirming the request arrived.
It is used to get back to you, set up the estimate and do the job.
Texts
Texts go out through GoHighLevel, a business messaging service, to the number you gave. After a job you may get a text asking how it went, with a link. If it goes unanswered, up to three reminders follow over the next four days, and they stop as soon as the link is opened.
The link is yours alone, and opening it is recorded. Any star rating or note you leave through it goes to the owner. If you would rather not get texts, call or text (801) 441-8054 and say so.
Who else handles it
Cloudflare hosts the site and the database, and keeps routine request logs (address, page and time) for security and to find faults. GoHighLevel receives the phone number and the words of each text it sends.
The map on the home page is a Google Maps embed, so it loads from Google when you scroll to it. The links to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Google go to those sites, and their own privacy policies apply once you are there.
Cookies and tracking
The public pages set no cookies and run no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. The only cookie the site sets is the sign-in for the owner’s private panel. The Google Maps embed may set Google’s own cookies inside the map.
What is not done with it
Your details are not sold, and your phone number is not shared with anyone for their own marketing.
