An installer grinding a bare commercial shop slab, the vacuum and the grinder on the concrete.

What we coat

Six kinds of slab. One way of doing them.

Every floor starts the same way: the concrete is diamond ground back to something a coating can key into. What changes is the space, the blend and the schedule, and each one has its own page because how a job is done is the part worth reading before you book one.

Estimates are free, and done in person on your slab.

The prep is the job.

Coatings fail because of what happened before the first coat went down, not because of the coat itself. So the grind, the fill and the vacuum happen on every floor, whatever goes on top of it.

Prep

Diamond ground, not etched

Acid etch leaves a surface the coating sits on top of. Grinding opens the concrete so the epoxy keys into it.

Flake

Packed edge to edge

Thrown by hand until the wet base will not take any more. That is what stops thin patches showing a year later.

Topcoat

Polyaspartic, every floor

UV stable, chemical resistant, anti scratch. Inside and out, the porch as the garage.

Estimates

Free, on the slab

Someone comes out and looks at the actual concrete. Anything structural or a moisture problem gets flagged there.

Free estimate

Tell us about the floor.

The space, roughly how big it is and what the concrete is doing now is enough to start with. Someone comes out, stands on the slab and gives you a number.

We only use this to get back to you about the estimate. Would rather talk? Call or text (801) 441-8054 and it gets answered.
