So the outdoor floors here get the flake system under the UV stable polyaspartic, textured for grip and sealed against water, and the garages get the same system inside. The housing is mostly from the nineties on, so the concrete is in reasonable shape and the grind is about keying the coating in rather than rescuing the slab.
