Garage floors
Full flake for a floor that gets parked on and hosed off, or metallic when the garage is somewhere you actually spend time.

Where we work
Garages, carports, patios, basements and commercial slabs in Taylorsville, about 15 minutes from the Salt Lake valley. Diamond ground, flaked by hand, sealed with polyaspartic, and the estimate is free.
Estimates are free, and done in person on your slab.
Taylorsville is post-war west side housing, mostly from the sixties through the eighties, on slab garages and carports that have been parked on ever since. The surface is usually the problem rather than the slab: dusting, oil, salt pitting and the odd crack, all of which come off in the grind or get filled before the base coat goes down.

Outdoor concrete takes sun, salt and tyre heat. Flake gives it grip when it is wet and the topcoat keeps it from chalking.

The first thing anyone walks on. Cracks get filled, the step edge gets wrapped, and the whole thing washes clean.
Most of the work here is garages in full flake, with carports and porches behind them. A carport takes weather on top of the tyres, so the flake matters for grip and the polyaspartic matters for the sun. The commercial floors along Redwood Road are the same work at scale.

The space, roughly how big it is and what the concrete is doing now is enough to start with. Someone comes out, stands on the slab and gives you a number.
